I love to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling stories.

I draw on experience in scientific publishing, nonprofit development, industrial R&D, academic medicine, and other realms, covering such wonderfully diverse topics as aquatic ecology, stormwater and wastewater management, genetics, cardiology, animal care, diabetes, and artificial intelligence.

I hold a master’s degree in marine sciences and hope to visit each of the world’s oceans at least once.
